Your data stays on your device.

1. Personal data collection

LottoPulse does not create a remote user account and does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information with the developer. Users choose a local display username used only inside the extension. LottoPulse does not collect email addresses, location, browsing history, authentication credentials, or payment-card information.

2. Public draw data

LottoPulse retrieves publicly available SuperEnalotto and EuroJackpot draw information from third-party public data sources. This information concerns lottery draws and is not user data. The retrieved information is parsed and processed locally by the extension.

3. Local storage

LottoPulse uses Chrome's local storage functionality only to improve the extension experience. The extension may store:

• the user's selected interface language;
• the locally chosen LottoPulse username and local license status;
• the user's last saved SuperEnalotto and EuroJackpot number selections for comparison with published draws;
• cached public lottery draw data;
• statistics calculated locally from that public data;
• the timestamp of the last successful data update.

This information remains on the user's device and is not sent to the LottoPulse developer.

4. Host permissions and network requests

LottoPulse uses host permissions solely to request publicly available lottery draw information from the data sources declared in the extension manifest. The extension does not use these permissions to inspect unrelated websites, read browsing activity, or modify web pages visited by the user.

5. No analytics, advertising, or tracking

The current LottoPulse release does not use advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, fingerprinting, or third-party tracking technologies. It does not create advertising profiles and does not sell user data.

6. Third-party data sources

When LottoPulse requests public draw information, the external website hosting that information may receive ordinary network information such as the user's IP address as part of a standard web request. LottoPulse does not control those third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply to their services.

7. Payments and license activation

Paid activation is handled on an external Stripe checkout page. Payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and is not received or stored by LottoPulse. After a successful checkout, the LottoPulse website sends an activation signal to the installed extension. The extension then stores the local username and license status in browser storage. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment processing.

8. Gambling and statistical information

LottoPulse is an independent statistical reference tool. It does not sell lottery tickets, place wagers, process gambling transactions, or claim to improve a user's probability of winning. Historical frequencies and delays do not predict future lottery results.

9. Children

LottoPulse does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The locally chosen username is not used to create a remote account or advertising profile.

10. Changes to this policy

If LottoPulse is changed in a way that affects data handling, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or together with the relevant extension update. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
